Dunas de Maspalomas<\/b> (Maspalomas Dunes), a mixture of desert and oasis located on the southern coast of Gran Canaria.<\/p>\n

The Maspalomas Dunes<\/b> are a Protected Natural Area with the category of Special Natural Reserve since 1994, but it was first declared a protected area in 1987. This immense sea of sand occupies almost 404 hectares. Together with the Oasis of Maspalomas and the Pond of the same name, they form a group whose differentiated ecosystems have a unique natural and scenic value in the world.<\/p>\n
