He fought quietly, and we fought with him.
His body was smaller and more fragile than it should have been, his past and true age unknown.
Hidden illness, surgery, and complications followed\u2014things no one could see at first.
We did everything we could, but his little body couldn\u2019t go on.
He passed away peacefully, loved and held.<\/p>\n

He came fragile, with battles already inside him.
From the first day on, his life was care, patience, and hope.
What he asked for was simple\u2014to be loved, and not be alone.
I gave him everything I had.
And I felt his gratitude in every quiet moment.<\/i><\/p>\n
